Accessing the Sierra User Manual

You can access the Sierra Manual in two ways. One access point is when logged into the Sierra Desktop Application (SDA) or Sierra Web. The other access point is using the direct link to the manual with no login required.

Accessing the manual through Sierra

  1. Log into Sierra. 

     

  2. Go to Help and Manual from the drop-down menu in Sierra. The Sierra manual authenticates using Sierra login credentials. Anyone logged into Sierra can access the manual.

     

  3. Clicking on the manual link will open up the manual in a browser.  You can search for information.  You can click on any of the links located in the sidebar of the right.  You can also click on the Index or Browse tabs.  The Sierra version is also listed under the Sierra icon.
