Roles and Associated Curriculum
Roles explanation
The role pages are meant to act as a guide for training for Marmot member library staff. These include essential, basic, and intermediate knowledge-based materials. If available, certain roles may encompass expert knowledge in addition to more basic or intermediate skills needed for a given role.
Levels explanation
The beginning level is for someone who has just been hired or someone who is moving into a different role within their current workplace. Next is the early/intermediate level. Next would be a truly intermediate stage and ultimately being an advanced user within a library.
