Explanation

INN-Reach paging slips print for each INN-Reach requested item at the owning library. The INN-Reach paging slips will include information from the library’s item record and the virtual (INN-Reach) patron record.

Data Elements

Delivery_Stop	The delivery stop of the requested pickup location.	The INN-Reach hold record.
Due_Date	This element will only appear if the item is currently checked out to another patron and will show the due date of the item.	The DUE DATE field in the local item record.
Item_Address1	The first line of the owning site’s mailing address.	The Address element in the Branch Addresses table (click on the image to expand).
Item_Address2	The second line of the owning site’s mailing address.	The Address element in the Branch Addresses table (click on the image to expand).
Item_Address3	The third line of the owning site’s mailing address.	The Address element in the Branch Addresses table (click on the image to expand).
Item_Author_Name	The author of the requested item.	The AUTHOR variable-length field in the local bibliographic record.
Item_Barcode	The item barcode.	The BARCODE variable-length field in the local item record.
Item_Call_Number	The call number of the requested item.	The CALL # variable-length field in the local bibliographic record or from the local item record.
Item_Location	The location to which the INN-Reach item belongs.	The local item record.
Item_Record_Id	The item record number.	The local item record.
Item_Title	The title of the requested item.	The TITLE variable-length field in the local bibliographic record.
Patron_Address1	The first line of the pickup location’s mailing address. (The pickup location belongs to the patron’s site, thus the label “Patron_Address”).	The Branch Addresses table.
Patron_Address2	The second line of the pickup location’s mailing address. (The pickup location belongs to the patron’s site, thus the label “Patron_Address”).	The Branch Addresses table.
Patron_Address3	The third line of the pickup location’s mailing address. (The pickup location belongs to the patron’s site, thus the label “Patron_Address”).	The Branch Addresses table.
Patron_Agency	The patron site.	The virtual patron record.
Patron_Home_Library	The name of the branch to which the patron belongs.	The Branch Addresses table.
Patron_Library_Name	The name of the patron’s home library, if not suppressed by the patron site.	The virtual patron record.
Patron_Name	The requesting patron’s name.	The virtual patron record.
Patron_Type	The patron’s P TYPE as defined by Marmot’s server.	The virtual patron record.
Pickup_Location	The pickup location requested by the INN-Reach patron.	The INN-Reach hold record.
