View a Patron's Activity (LX Starter)

This documentation explains how to view a patron’s notice activity in LX Starter.

Table of Contents

You can view a patron’s activity log. For example, you can see when a patron received emails and when the patron opened them.

Instructions

  • To view a patron’s activity

    • On the Audience page, select the People tab.

    • Search for the patron by barcode, email, or name.

    • Select the patron from the list by clicking on their entry.

    • Select the activities you want to see from the Select Activities dropdown or view the default All Activity details.

    • To see more information about the patron’s engagement with the notice and the items included in the notice, hover over the notice and click More Details.
