Send a Reset Password Link (LX Starter)

This documentation explains how to send a reset password link to a user account on LX Starter.

If you are assigned the Super Admin role, you can send a reset password link to users who forgot their passwords. The link expires five minutes after you send it. Users can also reset their own passwords.

Instructions

  • To send a reset password link

    • Select the down arrow next to the account name in the upper-right section of the page.

    • Select Library Settings.

    • Select the Users tab.

    • In the Actions column, select the Options menu for the user that you want to send a password reset link to.

    • Select Send password reset link.
