Delete Patron Records (LX Starter)
This documentation explains how to delete patron records in LX Starter.
Patron records deleted from LX Starter will also be deleted from Sierra. Patron records cannot be recovered after deletion. Only Super Admins or Admins can delete patron records in LX Starter. See the Roles documentation for more information on the permissions by role.
Instructions
To delete patron records
From the Audience page, select the People tab
Search for the patron you want to delete (you can search by name, email, or barcode)
Open the patron’s record by clicking their name and then select Delete Record
On the confirmation window, select Delete Record again. The popup will tell you if the record you’re deleting shares an email with other records in Sierra. This process will not delete the other records.
