Define a Library Sender's Email Address (LX Starter)

This documentation describes how to define a library sender’s name and email address.


Table of Contents

After you save your email address, the system sends a verification email from Amazon Web Services. You must verify your email address within 24 hours. The link will expire after that time.

Instructions

To define a library sender’s email address

  • Select the down arrow next to the account name in the upper-right section of the page.

  • Select Library Settings.

  • Select the Emails tab.

  • Select + Sender Info Options.

  • Enter the sender name (this is likely the library’s name) and the email address.

  • Select Save & Add.

To verify a library sender’s email address

  • Look for an email from Amazon Web Services.

    • The email address is Amazon Web Services <no-reply-aws@amazon.com>

    • The subject is Amazon Web Services-Email Address Verification Request

  • Select the link in the email

  • Return to LX Starter and confirm that the email address status is verified.
