Home is the second option in the list, right below General.

The New Windows and Tabs option it the first in the list on the Home page. The field is to the right of the words Homepage and new windows. Custom URLs... is the second option, below Firefox Home (Default).
  • Enter the URL of the desired website in the blank field

  • If you have a website or sites open, the Use Current Pages will be enabled

A blank field will appear after selecting Custom URLs. The Use Current Pages button is right below the blank field.
