Express Lane, SIP2 and Third Party Self Checks

Each library can choose to have passwords disabled for SIP2 connections. Contact Marmot if your want to have password verification turned off for your SIP2 connections.

Marmot will have iii turn on password verification for Express Lane. The following libraries use express lane for their self-checks;
