Progress on build

• Initial server is spun up and browseable

  • http://clearviewpikatest.marmot.org/

• No login yet or any other functionality

• Pika installed, databases built

• Basic configuration files have been created

Swagger

• iii says API key changed

• Beth able to connect to the swagger interface successfully with updated API key

• iii says capitalization on API user doesn’t work

  • Beth tried swagger from home using Chrome

• issue might be the capitalization of the swagger url

• calls should be made to lowercase URL

Grouping

• First round of grouping on Pascal’s local machine

  • Grouped pretty quickly, which bodes well

  • At least one record w/o 001 field

    • Probably some weird bibs relative to new library opening

• Initial logging shows that there are some titles that might show up several grouping categories e.g. movie & book

Mapping

• Mat type for format determination?

  • item level data

    • 852|w = mat type value

• Format determination should follow Marmot style w/bib analysis

• Mat type filter will be equivalent to itype filter for Sierra libraries

• Organization ID + collection equivalent to shelving location for Sierra

  • Both item level data points
