Tableau Reports

This documentation contains a table of all of the Tableau reports for Marmot libraries.

Information

The table below has all of the Tableau Reports for Marmot libraries. The table can be sorted by report, library, and category. To change the sorting of the table, click the button associated with the sort method you are interested in.

The By Report view is organized alphabetically by report name.

The By Library view is organized alphabetically by library name.

The By Category view is alphabetically organized by report category.

The categories are as follows (some reports fit into more than one category):

• Circulation Report

• Clean-up List

• Collection Analysis Report

• Dashboard

• Lend Vs Borrow Report

• Miscellaneous

• Patron Report

• Weeding Report

To search the table, click on the search field and enter your search.

To access the report, click on the title of the report in the Report column. You will be directed to the Marmot website page for that report. If you do not know the username/password for these reports, contact Marmot.

To request a change to a current report or the creation of a report for your library, open a service request on the Help Desk.
