• I’ve filled out a vendor information form for Boulder, and have been playing phone tag with someone from the City.

• Do other cities need vendor information forms filled out?

Cost Factors

• Existing assets at CLiC will be applied to each of the six libraries according to the cost factor percentages:

  • Boulder: 26.8%

  • Broomfield: 15.15%

  • Lafayette: 8.04%

  • Longmont: 22.44%

  • Louisville: 9.72%

  • Loveland: 17.85%

Courier contract

• Meeting on Nov 4, 2022 to discuss cost distribution methods for courier cost

• 2023 total courier cost: $108,000

Prospector contract

• Marmot will receive the Prospector bill for the six libraries: $44k for 2023

• Marmot will rebill the six libraries for their specific Prospector fee:

  • Boulder: $10k

  • Broomfield: $6k

  • Lafayette: $6k

  • Longmont: $6k

  • Louisville: $6k

  • Loveland: $10k

Marmot member agreements

• I’ve reviewed all revisions suggested by each City, and provided my feedback on those. My last item is to add the Prospector, Courier, and possibly WebDewey amounts to Attachment A.
