FLC Transition Project Description
Purpose
This project is focused on ensuring a smooth, well-planned transition for all areas of the FLC transition.

Project lead responsibilities:
Scheduling meetings, coordinating communication, monitoring task progress
In-scope Decisions:
Scheduling and sequencing of tasks; task assignments; communication
Out-of-Scope Decisions: What types of decisions does the project lead need to bring to managers?

Project Goals
What measurable or demonstrable outcome should be achieved by the end of the project?
All parties involved are able to monitor progress on implementation tasks, with clear assignments and deadlines.
FLC library directors, Marmot staff, and Marmot Board members are satisfied with the transition experience.
A clear plan for monitoring the first year and addressing concerns as they arise is in place.
Current Marmot member libraries understand the project and the benefits that accrue to them via this project.
