Marmot staff bring years of knowledge and experience to providing library services to the Marmot consortium.
Administration
Adam Murray, Executive Director: Identifies new technologies and services appropriate for Marmot libraries. Manages agreements with members and suppliers. Supervises Marmot Managers. Writes project plans, budgets, and policies in consultation with the Executive Board.

IT Services
Aaron Brumbaugh, Interim Workstation Tech Supervisor: The IT Service Delivery Manager manages Marmot’s hardware and software services portfolio. This position manages the IT device life cycle and supervises individuals responsible for coordinating and completing projects, as well as coordinating Marmot’s field service activities and help desk operations, and gathering and maintaining technical documentation.

Drew Hodges, Workstation Tech I:
The Workstation Tech I provides help desk support for library staff. Installs, maintains, and supports computer equipment in libraries.

Software Development
Pascal Brammeier, Software Development Manager: Supervises Software Development Department Staff, develops, maintains, and supports Pika catalog discovery software. Works with publishers for eContent integration within Pika. Provides training to member libraries on Pika. Works with Discovery Partners on new implementations and support.

Systems Administration
JB Wiese, Assistant Director for Information Systems: Supervises the staff of the Systems department. Administers Linux servers, web servers, time servers, DNS servers, IP addressing, router configurations, and network security. Develops, tests, and assures the operation of the local area network and Internet Services. Manages telecom suppliers (CenturyLink, etc) to maintain and upgrade the Marmot WAN.

Christina Lopez, Windows Infrastructure Admin II: The Windows Infrastructure Administrator manages Windows-based servers, troubleshoots system issues, and provides remote support for library networks

User Services
Brandon Cole, Assistant Director for User Services and HR: Supports library staff using the Sierra integrated library system. Maintains Sierra parameters. Supervises User Services staff. Works with Innovative Interfaces to resolve Sierra software problems.

Lloyd Chittenden, Union Catalog Coordinator: The Union Catalog Coordinator (UCC) provides consultation and direct support services to users in member libraries. Tammy Poquette, Training Coordinator: Develops courses and delivers application software training to library employees using Marmot systems. Delivers web-based and on-site training across Colorado. Shares responsibility for the Marmot Help Desk.
