This documentation explains how to edit a user account in LX Starter.

If you are assigned the Super Admin or Admin role, you can edit a user’s name and role.
You can only edit user accounts that are assigned a lower role than yours. For more information on roles in LX Starter, view the Role documentation.
You also can’t edit your own account while you are signed into it.
Instructions
To edit a user account
Select the down arrow next to your account name in the upper-right section of the page.
Select Library Settings.
Select the Users tab.
In the Actions column, select the Options menu for the account you want to edit.
Select Edit.
Make the changes.
Select Edit User.
