Mouse
If the wired mouse isn’t being responsive:
Plug the mouse into a different port
Try a different mouse
If the wireless mouse isn’t being responsive:
Make sure the switch is in the “On” position
Make sure the dongle is plugged in
If mouse is bluetooth, reattempt to pair it with the computer, according to manufacturer instructions
Replace the batteries
Keyboard
If the wired keyboard isn’t being responsive:
Plug the keyboard into a different port
Try a different keyboard
If the wireless keyboard isn’t being responsive:
Make sure the switch is in the “On” position
Make sure the dongle is plugged in
If keyboard is bluetooth, reattempt to pair it with the computer, according to manufacturer instructions
Replace the batteries
Camera
Check to make sure the camera is securely plugged into a port
Make sure the camera lens is not covered
Check Settings > Privacy > Camera
The camera should be On
Apps should be On
Desktop Apps should be On
Make sure the specific camera is selected, both on the computer, and in the software being used
Microphone
Check Settings > Privacy > Camera
The microphone should be On
Apps should be On
Desktop Apps should be On
Make sure the specific microphone is selected, both on the computer, and in the software being used
Make sure the microphone is not muted
