Idea Patron notice preference for both SMS and Voice Lisa mentioned that they tend to leave notice preference alone Staff User accounts, User group pools What is already in place? General circ logins used at Louisville Individual logins used by other sites User group pool is shared Only run into issues with “no available sessions” once in the last few years Any pain points?
