  • What is currently in place

  • Any changes desired by libraries

  • Any suggestions I have

• Mindset of circulation rather than cataloging

Configuration Areas

• Paging Priority setting discussion/decision

  • MLN2 system does not run Bib paging slips. Everything gets converted to a item level hold

  • @Brandon Cole research settings to determine process of hold conversion to item level

• Shelf code and site code formats

  • Any pain points with this structure?

    • Longmont request

      • Would be nice if they were all either children’s or junior

      • Determine sort functionality for the paging slips

• Statistical Groups

  • Does everyone know their functionality?

  • Any pain points?

    • Superior location

      • Don’t have individual stats for this location

  • Does everyone have all the stat groups they need?

• Notices

  • What is already in place?

  • Any pain points?

    • Sites see everyone’s notices

    • Preference to remove the notice jobs that are run for all and instead move to individulized notices

  • Idea

    • Patron expiration notices

      • Example

      • Each site will reach out to Brandon to let him know if they want to opt into these notices.

      • Plan would be to have them set up by January 1 for the sites that want to opt in
