Project information consolidation

  • Approved the resolution of dissolution; Marmot will sign an “acknowledgement of plan of dissolution” including distribution of assets. This will include their bins, which they will conduct an inventory on.

  • Question about how long old domains will remain in place

    • For as long as they would like us to maintain it; directors will be consulted on desired timeline (prior to, during, or after summer reading?)

    • Need to build out the tasks for domain changes in Jira at some point

  • FLC cataloging resources on their website moved to a Marmot Knowledge Base page (http://info.flatironslibrary.org/?q=Cataloging)

    • domain expires 3/11/23; we will keep this renewed

    • website hosted on GoDaddy; we will let this lapse on 7/18/23

  • Marmot to take over Google account

• Clarification on One Click access for all six libraries
