Project information consolidation

  • Updating Putty access completed earlier in the project than normal

  • Adam has returned comments on city revisions to 4 of the 6 member agreements. One still pending, one we haven’t received city revisions yet.

  • Adding staff to Marmot Help Desk who have submitted questions via Scott.

Preparing bi-weekly update

  • Putty access

  • Lloyd setting up meetings with each library’s catalogers to get a sense of individual cataloging preferences. Expect to hear from Lloyd to set these meetings up.

  • Training working group to focus on bringing Tammy up to speed on how they train their staff. She will be setting up meetings with the group to review their training practices for the Check Out (Circulation Desk) function, the Check-In (No Patron) function, and the Search/Holds function.

  • Need to decide on how to approach statistics, since it crosses several working groups

  • Include Google analytics updates/upgrades in a future update

  • Adam will copy marmothelp on all bi-weekly update emails
