    • Provide knowledge of various circulation related parameters, policies, best practices, etc.

    • Discuss pain points in current practices or configurations and possible solutions

    • Discuss differences between MLN1 and MLN2 configurations and if any conformity is necessary

Question I have

  1. What is the best method to contact everyone outside of working meetings? (Email, Slack Group?)

  2. How can we make sure all voices are properly heard? (round table discussion?)

    1. Nudges similar to what was done with the upgrade email making sure that each library provided input

    2. The group feels balanced and no one really feels railroaded

  3. How long before a meeting do you need the agenda in order to make decisions and perform research?

    1. 1 week is good

  4. Is there a circulation focused group that met regularly for Flatirons? Is there a time that group identified that worked well for everyone?

    3. Wednesday afternoons usually between 2 and 4

    4. Julia and Wynell have leadership meetings every 2 weeks (this week is an on week)

    5. Julia department head meetings at 2 on non-leadership weeks

    6. 1 hour at a time
