For API, Staff login not working

• Staff login doesn’t work in the swagger interface

  • Include the hpl\ for the username to direct to the domain

• Login is successful with the domain included in the username

Format mapping issues

• Test site http://clearview.marmot.org

• Total Records indexed: 121712

• Initial pass shows many bibs not getting format determination

  • MARC records are too brief to use default format determination

• Suspect that we won’t be able to use MARC format determination

  • Material type at item level will be the better value to reference

029a Cover URLs

• Might be able to use links as stored in 029$a for custom cover art, if wanted

• Would probably be better to for them to follow the standard for custom covers

Movies w/o runtime

• 

• Movie/film run times are a grouping factor

  • Grouping documentation for movies

Item status in 852 not regularly populated

• Is item status in export?

• Screenshot shows value e as circulation status

  • Beth believed this was the item status as well, but will do some investigation

Location/owning branch data points

• Assigned branch is where it currently is physically (852$a)

  • Should be used (floating collection)

• All items have an owning organization, home organization, and assigned
