Emptying a Review File will free up files for other Marmot Members to use.

Emptying a Review File Process
Choose Create Lists from the Function list.
Select the review file you want to clear. Click on the file to highlight it.
Choose the Empty button from the toolbar.
The system confirms that you want to empty the file. Choose Yes to empty the file, or choose No to return to the list of review files.
The review file will now show with a status of empty.
