This documentation details how to search for a patron within your library on LX Starter.

You can search for the name of a patron and view the following account details:
Activity
Segments they belong to
Subscription status
You can also see how the patron was added to a segment:
Library staff: The library staff added the person either through the importer or manually from the patron’s account.
Dynamic segment: The system added the patron because they matched segment builder criteria.
Sign up form: The patron submitted a sign-up form.
Instructions
To search for a patron:
On the Audience page, select the People tab.
Enter one of the following in the Search box.
Name
Email address
Barcode
To see account details, select the patron’s name from the search results.
