The Update Password box will appear. Enter your old/default password provided by your library, your new chosen password. and re-enter your newly chosen password. You will be able to click on the eye icons to show or hide your passwords as you’re entering them. Click on the Update Password button when finished.

While changing your password, you can choose whether to show or hide the information as you type with the eye icons on the right hand side. You will also see some help text about how many characters are needed as well as which fields are required.

Once you click on the Update Password button, you will get a system message that you have updated your password correctly. Next, the system will automatically bring you to your checked out page on your account.

You must have a valid email address in your patron record to use the Reset My Password option. If you do not, you will get a message that you do not have an email address on your account. Contact your library if you do not have an email account so they can help you reset your password. |
