Smith.  In this example, on your computer, that’s set up as your U drive.  Here’s how to tell Marmot what A.   • Open File Explorer (the file folder on your taskbar).

  • Look at the menu along the left side of file Explorer and locate “This PC”.

    • If it hasn’t been already, drop down the menu for “This PC” by left-clicking on the small arrow just to the left of it.Click on This PC to see the

    • Your menu might look something like this:

    • This user has access to “quickbooksfiles (\\accounting) (U:)” is the information Marmot needs.

  • A desktop-short cut can be created by clicking on the QuickBooks file and dragging it to the desktop
