If there is truly an accessibility issue that gets reported, Marmot staff will receive an alert, as the Pika email alias is copied on all the reports. However, if the accessibility report from a patron is relative to Patrons sometimes use the Report Accessibility Issue form to report other issues they're experiencing using the library , your catalog – library 's staff should triage those issues internally. |

If a patron reports a valid accessibility issue with their library’s Pika interface, library staff should pass those issues along to Marmot staff by submitting a service request in the Marmot Help Desk. |
