Removing Duplicate Records in a Review File (Create Lists)
In some cases, operations performed on a review file cause particular records to appear more than once in the file. For example, if you choose to merge review files and the source review files contain some records in common, the resulting merged file includes more than one instance of these record numbers. The Remove Duplicates function examines the review file and ensures that each record number appears only once by removing all duplicates. This function does not remove duplicate records from the system; it only removes records from the review file.
