Edit Records in a Review File (Create Lists)

Create Lists allows the editing of records in a review file.  Once you have created a review file of records, you can use this list to make edits to the records.


Choose Create Lists from the Function list.

Select the review file that lists the records you want to edit.

Choose the Show Records button from the Review Files tab.

The system displays a list of records by record number as the default view.

To edit a particular record, select its row, and then choose Edit from the toolbar.

The system opens a window in which you can edit the record.

Once you have made changes to a record, you may no longer need this record in your review file.  For example, if you have a list of missing items, and some of the items were found on the self.  If you no longer need a record in your review file, you can remove it by choosing the record, and clicking on the Remove button.  This will remove the record from the review file only.
