This documentation explains how to view a patron’s notice activity in LX Starter.

You can view a patron’s activity log. For example, you can see when a patron received emails and when the patron opened them.
To view a patron’s activity
On the Audience page, select the People tab.
Search for the patron by barcode, email, or name.
Select the patron from the list by clicking on their entry.
Select the activities you want to see from the Select Activities dropdown or view the default All Activity details.
To see more information about the patron’s engagement with the notice and the items included in the notice, hover over the notice and click More Details.
