Ipage is a service from Ingram that keeps a copy of your database so you can see your holdings in their system while you are ordering materials. They need a copy of the database sent on a regular basis.

Use Create Lists to create a file of the bibliographic records you want to send to Ingram
It’s a good idea to use a Saved Search for this, so you always use the same criteria
Use Data Exchange to export the file to your PC
Ingram uses SFTP, so you have to use an FTP client like FileZilla
The host is sftp://ftp.ingramcontent.com
Get your username and password from Ingram
Connect to the Ingram server
Find the file on your machine and upload it with the FTP client
