Audit of the reports that libraries of various types need (board, community, state, etc.) and then use that a a platform to determine the amount of time/retention that is needed to fulfill those needs. We primarily need to know how far back the various types of reports are needed. For example the year is 2030. Do you need the more detailed circ information from Marmot or is more general information from LRS all that is needed?
